Kia ora, I’m Gayle.
I’m a Māori māmā, coach, storyteller and someone who is still becoming.
My journey has taught me that healing isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about coming home to ourselves.
I share my whakaaro and kōrero because I know what it feels like to lose yourself, to rebuild, and to create a life that feels aligned.
I don’t have all the answers.
I’m simply walking the journey too.
